What happens at the end of my trial?
You can choose one of our plans and pay by credit card from within your account. Contact our sales team if you prefer to pay by invoice. Your trial will become your permanent account with all your settings and the data you collected during your trial period. If you decide not to purchase, your account will expire.
How does the pricing work?
We offer a handful of plans based on how many survey responses you receive per month as well as how many agents, things and actions collecting feedback you have in your account. If you don’t see a plan that suits you, please contact our sales team.
Is there a limit to the data I can collect?
You can create an unlimited number of surveys on any Nicereply plans. The only thing we count is the number of actual survey responses you get. If you exceed the number of responses for your plan, your plan will be upgraded automatically starting next month.
Which plans support multiple agents?
All Nicereply plans support multiple agents. For details see the details in the table above.
What are agents, things and actions?
A survey can be associated with a particular agent (e.g. Asking how specific customer support agent performed), but also with things and actions you'd like to get feedback on. An example for this would be collecting feedback on a weekly newsletter, or on your shopping experience. Each plan allows you to collect feedback for a combined number of agents, things and actions. If you exceed the number for your plan, your plan will be upgraded automatically starting next month.
Can I cancel or change plans at a later time?
Yes, you can change your plan whenever you want from within your account. You can also cancel your account without any cancelation fees.
Can I integrate Nicereply with other systems?
Yes, we have many integrations with the leading help desk and CRM systems. You can also integrate Nicereply into your automated workflows via Zapier, as well as build pretty much anything you want on top of Nicereply with our API.
Is Nicereply GDPR compliant?
Yes, Nicereply is 100% EU-GDPR compliant as of 25th of May 2018. You can see more details in out privacy policy and terms of service.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes, we also offer annual billing. What are the benefits? It helps simplify bookkeeping and it saves you money in the long run, due to the 20% discount.
Are there discounts for yearly plans?
Yes! You save 20% if you choose the yearly plan. That means you'll get 12 months worth for a price of less than 10 months.
